How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
People who contact Prabvisa Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Prabvisa Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, workmanship, and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know the limits, though. Prabvisa Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider, or act for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@prabvisa.shop and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
