How Our Network Works
Who you talk to
You talk to an independent concrete provider in the Lawrenceville area. It is their own business. They are not part of Prabvisa Concrete. Prabvisa Concrete makes the introduction. The provider handles the estimate, the schedule, and the work.
What happens on the call
The call is simple. Expect a few plain questions. What do you want built? A driveway, a patio, or both? About how big is the space? Where is the house, and how does the yard slope?
The provider may ask about the ground, the drainage, and any old slab. They may set a time to look at the site. Call hours differ by provider, so Request a callback to check provider availability.
What to ask a provider
Bring a short list. Good questions get clear answers.
- What will the base under the slab be, and how thick?
- How thick will the concrete be, and will it have steel mesh or rebar?
- Where will the joints go? Joints are cut lines that guide cracks.
- How will water drain away from the house?
- What finish do you suggest? Broom, color, or stamped?
- Do you hold the license or permit that local rules require?
- Can I get the quote in writing, with every cost listed?
- How long before I can use it?
You are in control
You can talk to more than one provider. You can ask for more than one quote. You can say no. There is no obligation to hire anyone you speak with.
Take your time with the written quote. Read it twice. If something is unclear, ask. A good provider will explain it in plain words.
